Making a purchase:

Orders can be placed securely on-line, by phone, faxed or mailed.  Please include phone numbers and addresses and e-mail in case we have any questions.

Special Orders and Cancellation:

All orders are custom to your requirements, therefore, are subject to a cancellation charge based on the progress of the order.  In process manufacturing, no cancellations will be accepted.

Freight and Delivery Schedule:

All terms are FOB, Ocala, FL, USA.  All shipments will be prepaid and billed.  We use Fed Ex Freight for most of our shipping.  UPS and the U.S. Post Office will be used for any smaller items.  For International orders…see below 

International Orders and Shipping:

All international shipping costs are “estimates” only and will be adjusted at time of shipment.  A phone number and e-mail must be provided.  The customer is responsible for all brokerage fees, customs and duties.  Only wire transfers will be accepted and funds must be in US Dollars.  No shipments will be made until funds have cleared the bank.

Short or Damaged Shipment:

Damaged product must be reported to the carrier and Emerco in writing as soon as possible.  Failure to do so shall place the burden of settlement and negations on the buyer. 

Customer Pickup:

Customer pickup is available, however, we respectfully request 24 hours prior notice.

Prices and Sales Tax:

All prices and quotations exclude Local, State and Federal Sales and Excise Taxes.  Prices are subject to change without notice.  All prices are in US Funds.  We accept Cashier’s Check, Money Orders, Paypal and Wire Transfers (contact us).   Sales Tax Exemption Certificates must be faxed to us if you are exempt.

Warranty:

Each of our manufactured items will be shipped with an individual warranty.
